I wanted to write a note of thanks for the wonderful service you delivered to my mother not only once, but twice on a short notice.  Your thoroughness and attention to detail revealed some issues with the first house that protected us and was eye-opening for the seller.  Unfortunately, the seller was not able to complete repairs within our timeframe so we luckily found another home.  Again, you came through for us on a short notice and worked on a holiday weekend to accomodate my mother's short visit in Pigeon Forge.  Your report again was very thorough and luckily for us did not reveal any major issues.  I have been in the mortgage business for over 14 years and have dealt with several home inspectors, but I have to say I never dealt with one as professional as yourself.  Not only were you professional, but you were genuinely interested in what we had to say and addressed all our questions.  You also impressed our realtor.  Thank you again for reacting so quickly to our inspection needs!
